NPL BLAST - Enyimba nightmare is finally over - ANYANSI SAYS
Chairman of Enyimba FC, Felix Anyansi Agwu has stressed that the People’s Elephants 2-0 win over Vipers SC which confirmed their place in the first round of the Caf Champions League has opened the way for more impressive results in the NPFL and subsequent matches in the continental competition.
Enyimba have found goals scoring difficult since the beginning of the season having lost three games out of the four competitive matches played this season thus far but they found their magic wand at Ugandan outfit with Mfon Udoh’s brace sending them to the first round 2-1 of the competition.

LEAGUE DISASTER - " EPL " IS DIFFERENT , KLOPP TELLS GUARDIOLA TO CALM DOWN.
Liverpool Manager Jurgen Klopp has told his one-time and soon to be adversary, Pep Guardiola the EPL is a different terrain, giving the Spaniard a heads up. Guardiola penned a three-year deal with Manchester City worth £15m a year – an increase on his current salary. But, Klopp who coached Borussia Dortmund and had a rivalry with the 45-year-old believes the seize of the City squad and Guardiola’s brilliance can be matched in the EPL. Klopp said: ‘Manchester City is a club with not too bad possibilities on the financial side, shall we say, and Pep Guardiola is a really smart person.
GERMAN CRISIS - ARTURO VIDAL UNSETTLED AT BAYERN, AFTER DRINKING ALCOHOL IN TRAINING CAMP.
Arturo Vidal is to launch legal action against German publication Sport Bild over claims he drank alcohol during the training camp in Qatar.
The report said that Vidal arrived for a handful of training sessions during Bayern’s mid-season trip to Doha after drinking.
The claims follow previous reports that Vidal is at the centre of dressing-room unrest within Pep Guardiola’s squad, with the head coach allegedly unimpressed with the Chile international’s fitness levels.
But Vidal has hit back angrily at the allegations and insists he is fully committed to the club.
